The year 2014 is coming to an end. How are you making it count? Have you started to vision what will be in store for you in 2015?
As you review how much of your 2014 resolutions you’ve accomplished and starting to list down your goals for 2015, don’t forget to include your goals in love and relationships in it.
Some ideas for new year’s resolutions in love:
Find something to be grateful for in your partner everyday. Gratefulness isn’t determine by how much your partner does for you. Make the decision to be grateful for in your partner. Let your gratefulness strengthen the love you have for him or her.
Make a promise to date at least once a week. It is so easy to lose sight of priorities in the daily grind of life and to put aside “working on a relationship” in comparison to work related or (later) kids related matters. Make the time to get together at least once a week, not to discuss about your career decisions or family issues, but to open your heart to each other and remind each other why you fell in love in the first place.
Make a plan to go on a getaway to some place you’ve never been to before at least once a year. Take a break out of your daily routines to allow yourself sometime to relax and reconnect. Share new experiences together. Put your marriage and your relationship as a priority in your life and invest in it.
How does 2015 look for you? We hope it will be filled with much love and stronger relationships.
