Stated as the largest web directory for wedding event, bridestory.com held its first and one-of-a-kind wedding fair with a fresh concept where contemporary meets classic, showcasing a highly-curated list of no fewer than 100 wedding vendors, including us!
The event was held on March 18-20 at the Grand Ballroom Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel and participated by wedding professionals across 19 categories from Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines. Being a part of the melting pot of wedding enthusiast, Butterfly Event Styling set up booth for our own and our respected clients like Ayana’s, and Nikki Beach’s. Our booth was inspired by the Great Gatsby which heavy on Art-Deco style, dominated with the colors of gold and black.
For Ayana’s booth, we created a white simple decoration with overhead floral installations to add a bit dramatic beauty. We used different style for Nikki Beach’s booth, with a teepee, and dream-catchers hanging on draping see-thru curtains which gave a little more laid back and dreamy feelings.
Beside booth decoration, we also did the decoration for the event’s photo booth and main gate. The concept for the photo booth is rustic elegant. Like you can see here we used teepee for the photo booth and threw some pillows, plus chandeliers, candles and flowers to make it pretty. We also created the main gate decoration with a wall of greeneries, not much of flowers and butterflies attached on them. It’s actually a simple design for a main gate, but yet very welcoming.
All in all, it was such an experience for us to be part of this unique wedding fair and to be given the honor to teamed-up with such inspiring professionals. We’re really looking forward to next year’s Bridestory’s Fair!
